I’ve known I wanted to do photography since I was a little girl scrambling on the Precambrian rock that surrounds my home in Yellowknife. My fine arts degree from Nova Scotia College of Arts & Design helped me hone my craft. I have a studio in Yellowknife and my photojournalism of the austere beauty of the North appears in major publications: Canadian Geographic, Maisonneuve and Readers Digest to name a few. Being a wedding photographer allows me to do photojournalism of a softer, more romantic kind. I would love to tell your love story in pictures. How I work
I’m here to help you find the places and the look and styles that best reflect who you and your partner are. I like to get to know each couple beforehand and scout out locations that represent your hopes and dreams on your wedding day. I love candid shots and I balance that with posed portraits that still embody a natural sense of beauty.

Destination Weddings and Elopements
I love travel and am good at keeping secrets if you’re planning to elope. I’ve shot weddings on the beaches of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and helicoptered out to White Beach Point in Great Slave Lake for a small elopement ceremony.
